Before the job starts
The tradesman speaks with the customer, gets the details and decides the price. They can either give the price over the phone or tell the customer that the office will follow up.
TradeAdmin then contacts the customer, sends the official invoice and collects the 50% deposit on behalf of the trade business.
On the job day
The day before, we call the customer to confirm they will be there, confirm the time and make sure everything is ready.
Once the job is finished, we call the customer before the tradesman leaves site, confirm the work has been carried out and collect the remaining balance.

The customer reaches out by phone, WhatsApp, website enquiry or referral and explains what work they need done.
Tradesman gets the job details
The tradesman has a quick call, understands the job and either gives the customer a price or says the office will send the official invoice and details.
TradeAdmin receives the job
The tradesman sends us the customer name, phone number, job address, job details, total price, deposit amount and planned date.
Official invoice and deposit are handled
We contact the customer, confirm the details, send the official invoice and collect the 50% deposit using a secure payment link.
Booking is confirmed
Once the deposit is paid, the job is confirmed and added to the schedule. This helps stop tyre kickers and protects the tradesman’s diary.
Day-before confirmation call
The day before the job, TradeAdmin calls the customer to confirm they will be there, confirm access, confirm timing and confirm the team will be on site.
Job is completed on site
The tradesman carries out the work. Before leaving site, the tradesman lets TradeAdmin know the job is complete or nearly complete.
Final payment collected before leaving
TradeAdmin calls the customer, confirms the work has been carried out and collects the remaining balance before the tradesman leaves site.
