Who speaks to the customer?
You speak to the customer first and price the job. TradeAdmin then contacts them as your office to handle invoice, deposit, confirmation and payment follow-up.
When is the job confirmed?
The job is confirmed when the customer pays the agreed deposit. No deposit means no confirmed booking.
Can you help with expenses?
Yes, on selected packages. Receipts and invoices can be sent by WhatsApp, email or upload and kept organised for reporting and accountant handover.
